Our practice provides services designed to support the needs of both clients and clinicians. Though we work with a wide range of concerns, these are key areas of services:

Individual Therapy

Step into a compassionate space where you can explore your emotions, reconnect with yourself, and grow at your own pace. Each session is designed to meet you where you are and support your path toward true alignment with self.

Couples Therapy

Explore your relationship in a caring, supportive space where both partners’ internal systems can be seen, felt, and understood. Together, you can build stronger communication, deepen connection, and navigate challenges with empathy and understanding.

ADHD and Autism Evaluations

We offer thoughtful evaluations to help you or your loved one gain clarity and insight. In a supportive, nonjudgmental space, we explore your lived experiences, strengths, and challenges to provide clarity on your neurodiverse experience.

EMDR Consultation

We offer EMDR consultations for therapists who have gone through EMDR Basic Training. We specialize in consultation around CPTSD, OCD, ADHD, and Autism. Emily is an approved Consultant through EMDRIA meaning consultation hours can count toward certification.

We believe true healing involves holding space for all parts of ourselves. Many people come to us with a strong intellectual understanding of themselves—through past therapy or even professional experience—yet still find it difficult to create lasting change. Our mission is to offer a safe, collaborative space where deeper exploration and transformation can take place through a body focused lens.

Through practices such as Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and SAFE EMDR, we help uncover patterns held in the body and mind, while fostering curiosity, compassion, and connection. Our goal is to move beyond insight alone, supporting meaningful growth that brings greater balance, resilience, and authentic self-understanding.
