Couples Therapy

Couples therapy helps deepen connection, navigate challenges, and build healthier ways of communicating with one another. In this space, each partner can explore the parts of themselves that show up during tension—such as defensiveness, frustration, or withdrawal—while also noticing how emotions and stress are carried in the body. Together, couples learn to pause, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and communicate with greater openness and compassion. Over time, this work helps partners move through conflict more effectively, repair ruptures, and cultivate deeper trust, safety, and closeness in the relationship.

ADHD & Autism Evaluations

We offer thoughtful evaluations to help you and your loved ones gain clarity and insight. In a caring, nonjudgmental space, we navigate your lived experiences, strengths, and challenges to provide a clear picture of your neurodiverse experience.

EMDR Consultation

Emily is a registered Consultant-in-training for EMDR through EMDRIA and provides EMDR consultation through group and individual settings. In an encouraging environment, refine your techniques and receive guidance to ensure safe and ethical care in trauma work. Please inquire around pricing as it can vary.
