Now Accepting Clients ·𖤓·

Welcome. I’m glad we’ve found one another.

I specialize in working with adults navigating chronic illness and chronic pain. I live with multiple autoimmune and connective tissue disorders myself, and while our experiences won’t be identical, I bring both clinical training and lived understanding to this work. I support clients through the physical, emotional, and identity shifts that come with illness, and I also work with partners and family members who want to offer steadier, more attuned support.

My work is trauma-informed, somatic, and grounded in Gestalt therapy. Together, we explore how illness and pain shape your experiences, sense of self, and relationships while moving at a pace that respects your capacity.

Outside of therapy, you’ll usually find me gardening, baking, behind a camera, or dancing whenever my body allows. Creativity reminds me that life can still hold beauty and meaning, even when it looks and feels different than we expected.
