Individual Therapy

Step into a compassionate therapy space where you can explore your emotions, reconnect with yourself, and grow at your own pace. Each therapy session is personalized to meet you where you are, supporting self-awareness, emotional healing, and a deeper sense of alignment with yourself.

Couples Therapy

Explore your relationship in a caring, supportive couples therapy environment where both partners’ emotional experiences are seen, understood, and respected. Through couples counseling, partners build stronger communication skills, deepen emotional connection, and navigate relationship challenges with empathy, understanding, and collaboration.

ADHD and Autism Evaluations

We offer comprehensive psychological and neurodiversity evaluations to help individuals and families gain clarity and understanding. In a supportive, nonjudgmental setting, our clinicians explore lived experiences, strengths, and challenges to provide an accurate and compassionate understanding of each person’s neurodiverse experience.

EMDR Consultation

We offer EMDR consultation services for therapists who have completed EMDR Basic Training. Our EMDR consultations specialize in complex presentations, including Complex PTSD (CPTSD), OCD, ADHD, and Autism. Emily is an EMDRIA-approved Consultant, allowing consultation hours to count toward EMDR certification requirements.

We believe meaningful healing involves understanding and supporting all parts of the self. Many individuals seeking therapy arrive with strong intellectual insight—often from prior therapy or professional experience—yet still struggle to create lasting emotional or behavioral change. Our mission is to provide a safe, collaborative therapy environment where deeper healing and transformation can occur through body-focused, trauma-informed therapy.

Using evidence-based approaches such as Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and SAFE EMDR, we help clients identify patterns held in both the nervous system and the mind. By integrating somatic awareness with emotional exploration, therapy moves beyond insight alone to support lasting growth, increased resilience, emotional balance, and authentic self-understanding.
