We accept several major insurance plans, including Aetna, First Health, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Accepted Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance plans include Blue Advantage, Blue Care, Blue Options, Blue Value, and Classic Blue. We do not accept Blue Local, Novant Health plans, Atrium Health plans, or any other insurance plans not listed above, so clients are encouraged to verify coverage before scheduling.

$180 for all 53 minute sessions. Superbills available.

Yes and no. Sienna accepts insurance for couples counseling. Emily is private pay only.

$100 per 53 minute individual consultation hour. Group rates available.

I am trained to provide comprehensive ADHD and Autism evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. These private pay psychological assessments can support personal understanding, diagnostic clarity, and eligibility for certain academic or workplace accommodations. Because ADHD and Autism evaluations are conducted outside of insurance, results are not billed to insurance providers and are not reported to third parties, ensuring confidentiality and client privacy.
